How This Program Works

Extreme Focus is an intense, 3-month, 1:1 coaching program.

It is designed to destroy procrastination and skyrocket your productivity.

Here is what the process looks like:

1. Live Sessions

Each week, you and I will have three 30-minute video calls during which we will talk strategy, tools, and next actions

2. Tracking

In between meetings, you will track key behaviors in a spreadsheet, for example:

What time you get up

How much time you spend working on your goals

How much time you spend on social media and other distractions

What challenges and roadblocks you are facing

What time you go to bed

3. DAILY Feedback

I will read your entries, comment on them daily, and take notes about issues we must address during our next call

Using this process, we accomplish two things:

First, we create daily accountability. I am constantly at your side, cheering you on, but also letting you know when you are slacking off.

Second, we can tailor the program to your needs. Everyone is different, and the coaching process must account for that.

WHAT This Program Is NOT

Extreme Focus is not a pre-recorded course.

It is an individualized coaching program — we talk to each other in person, several times per week. We also track what you do on a day-to-day basis.

While courses can be a great source of information, they rarely elicit any change. They might make you think, but they don’t make you act.

But this is what we need — action.

Think about it like learning how to play golf. Of course, you could just watch an instructional video and pick up some pointers.

But this is not how you learn to play.

You learn by going to a golf course with an instructor, hitting the ball, getting feedback on what you need to do differently, and then hitting the ball again.

This is the same formula we will be using.

About Your Coach

Hi, I’m Niels Bohrmann.

I know from hard-won experience that focus is the key to achieving anything in life. I was never the most talented person in BJJ class but I eventually got my black belt, simply because I had tunnel vision. For several years, I would do nothing but eat, train, and sleep — in the end, it paid off. It was the same approach I used to figure out my dating life. In my mid 20s, I realized I was not having the romantic opportunities that I wished for. So, I went on a wild quest to talk to as many attractive strangers as possible. 10,000+ interactions later, I was finally getting with the people I wanted to be with. Now, I realize this level of single-mindedness might seem extreme to some. But you don’t need to take it that far. Even if you just up your focus by 30–50 percent, you will get outstanding results. This is where I come in. I will teach you the same techniques I have used to achieve my goals and beat procrastination. By becoming laser-focused, you too will soon be making big strides toward your goals. I have been coaching people since 2007, first as a martial arts and confidence coach, later in the fields of dating and sales. My coaching style is caring but firm. I genuinely want you to succeed with your chosen goal; at the same, I will call you out on your excuses.
