One-on-One Coaching:
- All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited without refund.
- Coaching packages follow a fixed schedule (e.g., one session per week for 12 weeks) and must be used within the designated time frame. Missed or skipped sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or accumulated. The program concludes at the end of the original package duration, regardless of attendance.
Group Coaching & Courses:
- Payment is required in full before participation.
- Specific refund and cancellation policies for group coaching and digital courses will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
- Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.
4. Course Access & Third-Party Platforms
Courses may be hosted on a third-party platform (e.g., Teachable, Kajabi). By purchasing or accessing a course, you may be required to create an account on that external platform and agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.
